Silent Hunter - Reduce penalty to stealth while moving by 5. Can stealth at full speed with a -20 penalty.

Stalker- Perception and Stealth are always class skills for an Otan.

Nimble Attacks - Weapon Finess as a bonus Feat.

Woodland Stride

Weapon Familiarity - Otan are proficient with all long bows and composite longbows and any weapon with 'Otan' in it they treat as martial weapons.

See in Darkness - Otan can see perfectly in darkness of any kind, including that created by spells such as deeper darkness. 

Blindsense 30ft - Otan have acute hearing. they usually do not need to make perception checks to pinpoint the location of a creature within 30 feet, provided they have line of effect to that creature. A creature that an Otan cannot see still has total concealment, and Otan still have the normal miss chance when attacking creatures that have concealment. Visibility still affects the movement of members of Otan. Otan are still denied their dex bonus to AC against attacks from creatures they cannot see.

Light Blindness - Abrupt exposure to bright light blinds Otan for 1 round; on subsequent rounds, they are dazzled as long as they remain in the affected area.
