Nytro Key and the House of Neblevar

Kavaroth Thalador (Crimson Fist) and the rest of the PC's find the Nytro Key in Thalador's Planar Vault Lab.

When the PC's Exit the Lab, they find that they are no longer in the Crest Central Trust. Instead, they are greeted by Gnomes. The Gnomes introduce themselves as the House of Neblevar, an Corporation that specializes in public transportation in crest and a number of other worlds, spread across several planes.

The Gnomes reveal that they have been Waiting for Thalador to come back for a very long time. And now they want Thalador to give them the Nytro-Key.

Perhaps they will tell them that the Nyto-Key is the latest and greatest In Elemental Binding Magitechnology. Xell-Key's are used for Elemental Binding Today. However the Xell Key's are limited to Normal Elementals. The Advantage of Nytro-Key's is the fact that they can bind the mythical Temporal Elementals.

If asked what Elemental Binding is for, the Gnomes will tell the PCs that Binding Elementals is the basis of current Magitechnology. They are used to make something Ordinary, into something Extraordinary. Think of Ships that can go faster than anything in the sea, or a train of enclosed carriges being propelled across tracks at unthinkable speeds. Or make a weapon that can inately produce a certain element to give it that extra kick. These things are possible through Binding Elementals.

A very long Time ago, Thalador worked with the House of Neblevar to create the Next generation of Xell-Keys: The Nytro-Key. However, before he could impliment it, he got caught up with 3 other hero types to fight off some Evil God, leaving the prototype in his Vault Lab, which he kept in that Safety deposite box in CCT. Ever since then, the House of Neblevar hit a brick road in the development of a working Nytro-Key.

But now that Thalador is back... in one form or another, they can continue the research.

This is where the House of Neblevar asks for the PC's help.

They have tracked down a Temporal Elemental, which is an extremely rare find. It resides with in the Temporal Energy Plane. In order to get to it however, you must travel into it, without the protection of a Dimensions Gate.

They warn you, that Temporal elementals are unlike any other Elemental that they may have faced before. These things are Nasty on so many levels. They are never the same from one encounter to the Next.

This is where Negotiations start. The Gnomes Promice to Give the PC's a 1000 Notes if they can sucsessfully bind this Elemental.

The Gnomes will "teach" Aiden a New Spell. "Temporal Energy Gate" which opens a portal to the Temporal Energy Plane.

Once there, the PC's will have to contend with the harsh conditions of the Temporal Energy Plane.
