Basically, each character will have their own origin story of sorts.

Everyone will explore some kind of ruins at some point in their adventure, encountering the Tarrasque. A common theme will emerge between characters. The place will black out like a fog of darkness. Blue Pyreflies will rise from the ground and float in the air. The characters will be whisked away and black out.

Story Break Down. Everyone meets each other, and they are all from different times and places and they are now all in some unknown world called Terra-Ora. Something of note, very few have gotten that close to the Tarrasque and survived.

So out of place and out of time.

There is the over themed presence of the Tarrasque in this world. Here the Tarrasque is a beast that travels seemingly randomly and destroys all that is in its path.

The World:

Terra Ora is the name of the Planet the PC's find themselves in.

Avalonia is the known world south of Al-Kubra, the massive "great desert" that is the northern border of Avalonia.

Cavalon - The Capitol City of Avalonia, where the King, Arcturus resides over all of Avalonia.

Brittany - The First town the PC's find themselves in. Seems to be an island at the farthest reaches of Avalonia.

Camlann - Use to be the largest city in Avalonia before the Tarrasque destroyed it upon its first appearance in this world over a thousand years before.

Quimper - Probably the second town the PC's visit. It was recently attacked by the Tarrasque.

Landen - Probably the third town the PC's visit and the first real city.

Mynydd Trail - Links Landen and Dumfries together

Gilgamesh Intervus - A Chrono Wizzard who is trying to save the universe from the Litch King.

Back Story:

In another time... 1014 A.P. on Terra Nima, The Ltich King at one point led the war against the Alliance Powers in the West during the Two Century War. At what was supposed to be his defining moment in the war, The Battle of Kreid ended with the defeat of the Litch King's armies, after the destruction of the Great Dracolitch, Vendit. To many, the Litch King disappeared on that day.

What actually happened, however; was that the Ghost Hawks, a covert Alliance Power's Team made their way to the Demi plane where the Litch King had hid his phylactery and destroyed it. Again, to the powers at be, the Litch King was no more.

Any other litch would succumb to such measures. The Litch King however, was not an ordinary Litch. He went on, however all but completely defeated. To reveal himself to the world as he was would mean certain destruction... or worse.

The Litch King needed something... an ace in the hole... something to restore him to his former glory... or something more.

The Chrono Wizard, Chronus intrigued the Litch King. Never before had the Chrono Wizards revealed themselves to him in such a manner; but Chronus actually helped the Litch King in his invasion of the Alliance Powers during the Two Century War. He was even more intrigued by the power that Chronus had sought out.

The Litch King, being an inter-dimensional being himself, watch as in one timeline, Chronus rising to power to become a Chrono-Litch; a being of unthinkable power. Even though that Timeline was ultimately undone, the Litch King craved such power.

For it to be possible, the Litch King would need a Living Phylactery. Not just any living soul would do, however. So the Litch King launched a plan that would ultimately prove to be the universes undoing as we all knew it.

The Tarrasque... a colossal being of ultimate destructive power, was the Litch King's choice. The Tarrasque itself was also an inter-dimensional being... an immortal one.  Claiming its soul would not be an easy task... though... then that never stopped the Litch King before.

The Litch King used what little knowledge about the realm of time to work to sow the seeds of his return. He Temporarily placed his new Phylactery into the Coin of Solomon... one of the objects used to defeat the Tarrasque in the Two Century War that was created long ago. So when the coin was used to drain the power of the Tarrasque, that power actually flowed into the Litch King himself. It was then that the Litch King and the Tarrasque were connected.

His tampering with the timeline is what drove him into at odds with Gilgamesh Intervus, the last of the Chrono-Wizards. The Litch King was clever, but he knew that even he could not win against a master of Time and Space.

All the Litch King could do was run. His meddling with time had nearly brought about his own destruction again. To Survive, he would need to do something desperate. Fortunately for him, Time was never out of curveballs to throw in Intervus' direction. The Events in "Sword of the Brotherhood: The Dark and Endless Night" provided the ultimate distraction that the Litch King needed.

At the Citadel of Eternity, a great battle of yet another Time Paradox was ensuing, and for the time, that was more pressing for Intervus than dealing the Litch King for a time. The Litch King went to the chamber of the Chrono Schism, the very place that Chronus had used to rule over time as the Chrono Litch in a far off alternate Time Stream.

It was there that the Litch King found a way to complete his transformation without the meddling of the Chrono-Wizards.

Within a Paradox that would soon be undone by Intervus, The Litch King used the Chrono Schism to create his very own pocket of altered time.

Because this alternate time stream was created within a Paradox that was mended and undone, the Litch King was out of reach of the Chrono Wizards. A Chrono Wake had split up the two realities of time from each other. Since the new pocket of time was created within a no longer existent time line, there was no way to enter it from the outside or keep it from forming in the first place.

In this new Altered Pocket of Time, Terra Ora, instead of Terra Nima was the world that survived the great cataclysm of Lukimea. Because of this, things progressed very differently in this timeline than in the original. The world south of Al-Kubra (The Great Scar of the World), became into its own kingdom called Avalonia, led by a ruthless king monarch, Arcturus.

This pocket of time of a world has suffered from the destruction of the Tarrasque for over a millennia. As tradition, a group of adventurers take the coin of Solomon through a journey to gain power to drain the Tarrasque and then to ultimately destroy the Tarrasque. Problem was, is that each coin of Solomon was in fact a Phylactery of the Litch King. So each time the Tarrasque was defeated, the Litch King would gain more power. After a thousand years of this, the Litch King has finally reached the realm of time and power required to make his final step into becoming the Chrono-Litch. As the Coins of Solomon seemed to be the only thing to weaken the Tarrasque, it was a perfect plan.

It truly appeared that the Litch King had no one to stop him. He had effectively cut all ties to the original world and time he came from... Almost.

When the Litch King separated himself and the Tarrasque from the true Original Time Stream, he brought with him some residuals. Back in the original time stream, certain places that the Tarrasque had visited... had sort of an imprint left upon them.

This is where the PC's come in. Each of the PC's were in one of these imprinted places throughout time and space. And due to some fluke of time, were pulled with the Tarrasque out of it and into this new world.

The PC's are now Intervus' only link to the Pocket time dimension, and thus, are his and the universes only hope. Because for as long as this new world exists... the rest of the universe is and would be tearing itself apart.

The World: (Amended)

Terra Ora is the name of the Planet the PC's find themselves in.

Avalonia is the known world south of Al-Kubra, the massive "great desert" that is the northern border of Avalonia.

Cavalon - The Capitol City of Avalonia, where the King, Arcturus resides over all of Avalonia.

Brayflox - The First town the PC's find themselves in. It was a major trade port for the free captains. It was recently attacked by the Tarrasque and is now partially destroyed. However it is also where the PC's get a hold of the Coin of Solomon. It is here they start the Solomon Odyssey.

Brittany - The First city in Avalonia that the PC's visit. This is where I intend to really get the story going and separate the PC's from Bonny.

Camlann - Use to be the largest city in Avalonia before the Tarrasque destroyed it upon its first appearance in this world over a thousand years before. This is the final destination of the Solomon Odyssey.

            Quimper -

            Landen -

Mynydd Trail - Links Landen and Dumfries together

            Dumfries -

Brittany is the first true glimpse the PC's get of the world they stepped in.

Avalonia is a nation devout in their worship of the Profit Solomon and the Odyssey that ends with the defeat of the Tarrasque every so often. The monarch is a ruthless king named Arcturus.

Cambria a rival nation, led by King Lucius, is preparing a war against Avalonia to stop the Solomon Odyssey once and for all.

During a Birthing Celebration in Brittany (A Celebration to commemorate the birth of Medraut, the son of Emperor Arcturus), Lucius leads an incursion into the amphitheater to kill the infant son of Arcturus while he was still in the womb. Queen Gwen survived, but this establishes that Cambria is not a good army despite being enemies with Avalonia, and might give a positive light to Arcturus if not for a short time. This sparks the war between Avalonia and Cambria right then and there.

The PC's are given the blessing of Arcturus to pursue the Solomon Odyssey. This is where Bonny and the Pc's part ways, as she is not given the blessing and she has to escape or be killed.

Several things play out in this campaign.

The Solomon Odyssey- the main narrative of the PC's. They must travel to all the temples of Solomon and bless the coin to give it enough power to destroy the Tarrasque.

The War of Two Nations - Avalonia and Cambria are at war, causing conflict around the world that the PC's may be a part of or in the middle of at some points.

The Darkening heart of Emperor Arcturus- After incident in the Towen of Brittney with Lucius, Queen Gwen was unable to bear another child and heir. Arcturus goes on a quest to resurrect his dead son, or more aptly, allow his queen to bear a child once again. His quest leads him to Morgaine, a powerful sorceress or Mystic Theurge. He pleads for his son's life. She gives him a son, but unknowingly at the cost of his wife's life. This leads him to outlaw all magic and declare war on Morgaine and all Magic users. This may yet put him back at odds with the PC's.

The Mysterious child - throughout the Campaign, the PC's will come across visions of a child or an disembodied voice of a child giving them cryptic warnings. This is actually Gilgamesh Intervus, a Chrono Wizard from the PC's own universe trying to warn them of the true nature of the threat Tarrasque poses to the entire universe.
